Originally acquired by SurveyMonkey, the combined GetFeedback Suite provides targeted feedback collection across websites, mobile apps, and email channels.
The platform offers on-page feedback buttons, targeted slide-in surveys, in-app feedback for mobile applications, and CX surveys for measuring NPS, CSAT, and CES. GetFeedback's integration with Salesforce is particularly deep, enabling automatic routing of feedback to customer records and triggering workflows based on survey responses.
Important note: GetFeedback has been announced to shut down by December 2026 as SurveyMonkey/Momentive consolidates its product portfolio.
